We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in-store ONLY. A valid NJ driver's license is required if paying by check. We do not accept out of state checks. A bank surcharge will be applied to any returned/bounced checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

| We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

| We will gladly accept the return of new products within 30 days from the date of purchase. All newly purchased returned products must be in new condition with all originally included packaging, paper-work, and accessories. Used equipment carries a 72 hour satisfaction guarantee only; if you are not happy with the condition of the used instrument, please contact us with 72 hours of receiving. Any returns regardless of condition must be accompanied by everything that was originally included (packaging, paper-work, accessories). Any products returned NOT in condition originally purchased or missing any of the originally included materials will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received will be shipped on the following business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Ritchie's Music or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If you ever would like to confirm stock status on a particular item, please call us for the most up to the minute status. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Ritchie's Music reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ritchie's Music shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Ritchie's Music shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |

| For Parts/Non Function: These item are not functioning properly and/or listed only for parts.
Poor: Shows lots of wear and/or abuse. May have been repaired or has some defect, however still functioning.
Fair: Shows decent amount of wear, in fully operable condition.
Good: Shows minor/intermediate cosmetic wear/blemishes and functions properly.
Great: Shows very minor wear/blemishes and functions properly.
Like New: Shows little to no wear/blemishes. Looks and functions very close to or as good as new. |
